Transfer Jet and Powder Fix
The system consists of the Transfer-Jet 7002 and the Powder-Fix 700 and prints with a 700 mm wide industrial inkjet printer equipped with a CMYK + double white ink set and water-based textile pigment inks. This works with a material width of up to 610 mm and a print width of 560 mm. Special RIP software is included in the scope of delivery.
The Powder-Fix 700 applies a special adhesive in powder form to the prints and ensures drying. The systems work with a special, transparent printing film and a white or black textile hotmelt adhesive. In 12-pass mode, the production speed including adhesive application is approx. 9 linear meters - with a material width of 700 mm.
This solution offers a highly competitive technique compared to conventional flex transfers, screen printing transfers or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
