DTF Transfer Jet
Transfer Jet & Powder Fix
The Solution for Digital Textile Transfer Production
Transfer Jet and Powder Fix
The system consists of the Transfer-Jet 7002 and the Powder-Fix 700. It prints with a 700 mm wide industrial inkjet printer equipped with CMYK + double white ink set and water-based textile pigment inks. This works on a material width of up to 610mm and a printing width of 560mm. A special RIP software is included in the scope of delivery.
The Powder-Fix 700 applies special glue as a powder to the prints and ensures drying. The systems work with a special, transparent printing film and a white or black textile hot-melt adhesive. In the 12-pass mode, the production speed, complete with glue application, is approx. 9 linear meters – with a material width of 700 mm.
This solution offers a highly competitive technique compared to traditional flex transfers, screen printed transfers or direct to garment (DTG) printing.
